These terms govern your use of the ExfilPath analyzer, command line tool and this website, provided by ExfilPath Pvt. Ltd. By using them you accept these terms.

ExfilPath is in early access and provided free of charge. Features may change, and no fees are collected. We will give notice before any change that affects free use of the path analyzer.

Scan code you own or are authorised to review. Do not use ExfilPath to attack systems you do not control, and do not use it to look for weaknesses in third-party software you have no permission to test.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, resell it as your own, or remove attribution from reports you redistribute.

Your code remains yours. The analyzer runs locally and we receive no copy of it. Reports you generate are yours to use, publish or share.

ExfilPath is provided as is. Static analysis is approximate: an empty result means no path was found with the current detectors, not that your system is secure. You remain responsible for your own security decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on a scan result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The ExfilPath name, logo, website and engine are owned by us. Nothing here transfers ownership. Detector documentation may be quoted with attribution.

You can stop using ExfilPath at any time. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
